cheese!

I used to detest the taste if cheese but lately I am acquiring a taste for it. I only like the cheddar type. I once saw somebody spreading jam on cheese and I thought it was disgusting but I decided to try it when nobody was watching and it was quite nice - tasted a bit like yogurt. I have never tried to make cheese as it would be too much bother for me and it is probably cheaper to buy it in the supermarkets.

Never made my own cheese, but it might be an interesting skill to learn.

I've never even considered making my own, although I love the stuff too. I'll just stick with what I can buy in the store - especially blocks of cheddar (yum!) Let us know if you figure out how to make your own, though - it'd be interesting to learn, I'm sure!
