Camera's keeping an Eye on Society

I heard a report on the News that the USSC don't want camera's in their court room. Congress has a role to create an environment of balance between all three branches of government. If the Judges don't want to be viewed in the public eye and submit to the scrutiny of public opinion they could give up their impunity from which they rule with. After all the victim of judicial impropriety should be able to file a complaint and have recourse for reparation as a result of the suffering caused by such misconduct and misuse of the position of authority provided by the bench. What are your thoughts?

What is being said in the court room is already recorded by the stenographer. Transcripts have to be provided. Cameras can be distracting. Just look at the OJ case, where the DA was so camera conscious, she wore a different dress every time. A lot of courts don't allow cameras in order to protect the victims or minors.

The problem is that inaccurate accounts are still being provided and the transcripts only provide what is said and not all that is going on... Let's say there is undue influence, maybe the deputies get called out of concern for an accusation related to anther crime and this is how one crime covers anther crime and in the end three crimes are given a pass with the victim the innocent is being punished over and over again... A camera doesn't harm victims or minors, it protects them to make sure that all trials are fair and that nothing is done to violate the constitutional rights of any one individual. Suppose outside of the court room a person is threatened to speak only what they are instructed and that other members actually put hands upon the victim to be certain that the only thing said is what they want to have said. This coming from the seats behind the partition where the judge is not aware that the two flanking family members one with much to gain from the hearing are actually putting hands on the victim about to lose her rights along with her property and not aware of the pending loss because the culprits have lied to her and continue to tell their lies. The threat outside of the courtroom was quite interesting... "You have to go along with what we say or else" What does a camera show? Omissions are a major part of the problem... Unless you were there you wouldn't know. How do we violate the innocent? You know that audio visual records are much more accurate than attempting to capture everything spoken in written form. My current problem involves telephone communications and possibly being impersonated. I need the written notes to compare all the information dates and times of contact. What picture will I be able to draw if I can obtain that information?

The reasons you described are against court procedure and give reasons for appeal as due diligence has not been followed. It is the duty of the defense attorney, or prosecutor, or in civil cases, the attorneys of the party whose rights are being curtailed because of what is going on, to object to such behavior and have it so noted in the transcript, if the judge overrules the objection. If that doesn't take place, and from some of the other stuff you posted, you think like the entire legal community and whatever administrative public offices involved are not doing their job but partake in the cover up. In that case you have to go to the FBI, period. BTW, camera recordings are not as reliable as you think as they can very easily be altered and messed with same as court transcripts might be tempered with in a corrupt system.

It would be harder to tamper with a tamper proof system and you certainly can not count on the attorney's to protect the rights of individuals when the attorney's have a conflict of interest. I have so much to say and add about the corruption that I've personally seen and experienced and it really frustrates me that there is no one that I can turn to in order to obtain help. At this time I am writing and writing more to expose the corrupt wrongs that I have witnessed.
