Opinion, False Truths, Malice, = Legal lying

Presenting false information and not being able to prove malice makes a false government and a lie is allowed to flourish.
Should courts allow lies? If a judge is part of the problem should the judge be protected?

I think you are an American based on your name,me, i'm a Filipino.I respond to this disscussion because in the Phillippines out of ten story about politics or government twelve are lies or fabricated.I agree with your stand that lies makes a false government.But it seems no one cares.I blame this circumstances around the world as the sin of the mainstream media,especially the big media corporation.Had they corrected it early,liars like Busch,Blair and Arroyo of the Philippines will not be put in their respective offices.
