DC Overtuns Gun Ban

For 30 years it has been illegal to own a gun in DC -- even for home protection. The federal appeals court overturned this ban today as against the Second Amendment. For 30 years, DC has had one of the highest murder rates in the US. This is despite having a police force twice the size of some cities which are larger. Do you think overturning the ban is a good thing or not. No, whiny comments about how "no guns are evil." Guns are no more evil than your car, a knife in the draw or any other inanimate object.
