Pointless debating makes me angry

I go for debating since my college days. However, it happens often that my opponent is totally pointless. He/she says anything because he/she has to say something. That is it. What is your experience?

Yeah, I encountered similar annoying instances too. The opponent would just keep crapping on and on about other stuff and would go totally out of topic. Then, she or he makes it harder to go on with the original debate because he had steered the debate totally out of topic. Really pisses me off.
These kind of debates are totally not fun. But usually, they're the easiest to win. Lol
