Due to the vast amount migrating nurses abroad specially in the United States, do you think that these new batch of foreign nurses are competent enough to care for you and your countrymen?
I would never judge a persons ability on how they do any job on their nationality! The only problem would be if they didn't speak the local language and even that can be overcome.
Yes that could be true, but otherwise there are a lot of tests that these foreign nurses have to take before working at another country most of which are the language proficiency tests that the state requires.
