Yes it as. It has made me late twice today for appointments and I am always very punctual and I really don't understand why I am groggy as I slept for the same amount of hours as I usually do!

Every year when we go forward with the clocks it seems to take a week or so to adjust. I think this is for many reasons, one being the sun not going down till later and that feeling in the evening that you have more time than you do because your thinking it can't be that late as the sun just went down.
I don't have as hard of time in the fall when we go back an hour, at least on the sleep thing. I do have a difficult time though in the Spring I just feel tired, like I didn't get enough sleep while it's true that I got a little less sleep not enough to feel this way. I think that they should do away with it all together. :) Like Arizona!!!

I woke up this morning a little sleepier than normal, but to be honest, I was so exhausted from my weekend that I didn't really notice much. I never care much for Spring Forward, but Fall Back is always fun. Yay for an extra hour of sleep!

It doesn't bother me.. I quickly adjust, but last night my eight year old granddaughter, usually in bed by eight, there it was 8:53 and she was still up and walking around... But then again it wasn't all that hard to get her up and about and off to school this morning.. but another day or two of staying up late.. and oh boy.. getting her up for school is not a pretty picture! The springlike weather is helping! Better energy, yes?

yup my grand daughter did the same thing last night stayed up past 8 but we had no trouble getting to sleep back in her own bed either which has been messed up from our Vacation when she had to sleep with mommy and daddy for there was no where else for her to sleep and they had been having a time since we got home going to her own bed to sleep hoping the time change had something to do with this ha ha

I couldn't fall asleep till 2 AM and I was up at 8AM. I am low down because of time change and warmer weather. It is 60 in Chicago. After cold winter it feels like spring is coming. Bad news, it is going to be cold again around 33 on Friday.
Take care:)

Yes! I definitely agree. On Sunday morning I was extremely drowsy, and I was tired all day. I was also drowzy this morning, and have been since I got up, although it's better than yesterday. I think my body will get used to it, but it's definitely taking it harder this year than it has in previous years.
