Living will and testament

Do you have a living will and testament? I was thinking about doing one but I don't have a spouse or children. Is there really a point to have a will if you don't have anything to pass on and no children that will need a guardian?

It is good to have a living will so that if the case arrises,there is no doubt about what lengths you want the professionals to go to keep you alive.There is still your dignity to consider.Plus,what you do have to pass on will not go directly to the goverment.Give it to your favorite charity or friends.
