Don't know if it is me or someone else. I can't open any url:www.freewebs.co/xxx . It takes for ever to open the site and I guess I am impatient type. I would close the window and surf some other site.

maria k- That's a kind of weird bit of URL code. The xxx could read differently on servers, or some encoding for browsers. Depending on what code they're using, particularly default code, that xxx is a pretty useless ornament.
My guess would be that if they don't know that, they're a bit behind the times.

I tried ie7 when it came out, and it crashed on me, spectacularly. I rang Microsoft, and they said, "Just uninstall it, ie6 is the backup". I think I'll wait until I see a patch or two for ie7 before I get it again. It just would not read my favorites, or anything but my home page.

I use freewebs and have two sites in there, one for my darts team and one for my personal poetry, and I get in very quickly. Maybe you need to clear your cache or do a defrag or something, to speed up your computer?
I don't know, but I certainly don't have a problem with getting into either my own freewebs accounts or others' sites.
Good luck... I hope you can cure it. Brightest Blessings.
