How can we encash a Clickbank check?

Since Clickbank is not available in the Philippines, would this be possible? Register with clickbank using a US mail or any country where CB is available. (an address of a relative or friend) CB sends check to US mail. Relative sends the checks to the Phils. Encash CB checks in Phils. A problem might occur if CB blocks the check if it's being encash in the Phils. I just want to know if anyone has experience doing this.
