The present day Eddie Murphy seems to be a far cry from the Eddie Murphy I grew up with..where is the profanity and violence with the humor dang it!
This discussion is focused on what can we do to get the old Eddie Murphy back? Any ideas for a Beverly Hills Cop 4 anybody?

The Beverly Hills Cop series is one of the best comic-action film i hav seen my whole life. I really enjoy watching those movies especially eddie murphy's funny expressions.
I even liked the Nutty Professor and even Dr.Dolittle all sequels and i have even seen Vampire at Brooklyn though not comedy but for eddie.
And i feel very sad that eddie is not acting any movies nowadays.
As arsoncuff says i wish we have the 4th sequel of beverly hills cop and would be the first one in the theatre.

the latest news actually is that a BEVERLY HILLS COP 4 is in the works of being considered and Eddie seems to be taking to the idea of possibly doing the role again....possibly his recent divorce has affected his life and he is more apt to take on the roles he used toand be less family friendly

Yeah!! Where has he gone?I miss the old funny Eddie.He was really great in Dr.Doolittle and the Klumps.

Actually I would even say those two movies are newer than the ones I like and I don't like them either
