Women are better managers than men?

It is noticeable nowadays that most companies preferred to hire women as their office manager, supervisor, marketing managers, and the likes. Is it because women or more prganized and systematic in their activities? Is it because women are more disciplined than men? Is it because many clients would prefer to deal with beautiful and presentable female manager? I do not wish to offend the male specie. It is only my observation that women now are becoming more and more in demand than men. Well men, state your defense!
