CFA Program from AIMR

Recently i thaught of doing some more studies in finance sector and decided upon CFA. My friends suggested me a CFA Program from AIMR. I checked out the site.. which is quite impressive and informative but still i have some points unverified.. i know about the fee structure, about the course, but cant make out where to find about the exams.. can we give online exams or there are centres in India too. where can i find about the centres and how do i enroll. Some one was also mentioning to me about CFA from ICFAI (Hydrabad India). Is it also good ?? If anyone has anything to say on this then please do..
