Cleaning The Kitchen!

Do you have any special techniques when cleaning the kitchen? I'm totally completely anal when it comes to cleaning my kitchen! It has to be done my way, or no way,! With the dishes, they have to be squeaky clean, back and front, washed over 2wice, checked, and rinsed, i lay them in my other sink a certain way to dry, and then put them away about half an hour after doing them (I hate using drying towels because they just don't do it the way i like, and i don't have a dishwasher (OHH I would love to have one soon!) When it comes to washing floors, well i can't see one spot on my floor, and i have that ceramic tile in there, so it takes a lot of washing! But there's one mop that i fell in love with, because it's perfect, and i only need go go over it about 2ice, rather than like 10 times. I used to wash it on my hands and knees, but it got too hard on my back. I always use lavender pine sol, Lysol, oxy clean, some bleach and baking soda, it always does the job i want it to. When i clean the counter tops, i always use Lysol, a little bleach and sometimes a drop of dawn. I'm a dawnaholic! haha So how do you clean your kitchen? are you really picky when it comes to cleaning it? how do you like it done?
