does anyone else think it's stupid that a pint of ice cream is 4 servings?

i read that i thought i only get maybe 2 servings.

Haha yeah, I'm terrible for that. I usually have more than a serving at once. I know I shouldn't, but their serving sizes are so tiny!

Yeah but it's considered 4 servings because you're not supposed to eat so much of it at one time because there's so much fat and sugar in ice cream and 1 serving is based on how much you can eat and it still being a considerably healthy amount to eat at one sitting.
