Pay Deductions

I was concerned about my pay dropping right in front of my eyes. I wrote mylot admin. Here is the replies. Take note that when a Pic upload or a link fail in your postings this is where some deductions occur it seems. keep on those toes I guess is what mylot is saying. Whats your feelings about this? I am ticked that because a link didnt wor,k one from here I remind you,they deducted from my earnings. COPIED IS THEIR REPLIES.

Every few days we recalculate earnings for the month to reflect deletions that have taken place as part of the moderation process. Please see this post as it helps to explain the deletion process.

Grandpa Bob, I'm so sorry to hear this has happened but I guess we all know there is that possibility from the start. I haven't yet had it happen to me but am sure my day will come. I can only pray that I will learn and still continue on with a happy heart.

I know what you mean. My earning seem to drop alot too. Thing of it is, I dont even up load photos. I think I've uploaded maybe 2 since I joined. I dont respond to "inappropraite" post. So I dont think any of my replies have been deleted. Wonder why my earnings are dropping? Dont know but in February, I had $15.67 befor time for payment but when payment was made I got $10.05 The other money wasn't carried over or anything. It just disappeard

Thanks GrandPa, haven't seen that link for a long time!;)
So it means that they did a 'cleaning of discussions' as of yesterday, and that some of us here gets their ratings and earnings to either go down or up.
As for me, I was quite happy when I saw that my earnings went up for about 0.3 cents before the update. It's a small amount, but it helps and I am thankful.
And don't worry about your earnings GrandPa, I'm sure you'll recieve more from what was deducted from you. Just be careful now on where and whom to post at!;)

All told after the update my earnings went up 7 cents.

I always list down all my earnings each day. It irked me a little to see that a few cents will be deducted. I can't understand what's going on here. I make sure to give a very sensible response and even a cent deducted annoyed me. I put on a lot of effort here. A cent is still money. I don't spam nor cheat. I will try to ask mylot about this too. Thanks for this info, grandpa.

Well that sucks, Grandpa Bob. From my understanding, whenever you upload pics, your supposed to get paid, not deducted. As for links not working, that's not your fault they don't work so shouldn't be punished for that. My pay hasn't gone down...yet. But sure is slow to go up. lol Been busy so not responding like I was and not posting the few questions whirling around in my head last few days.

Ive stated above IGNORE THIS DISCUSSION BUT NOT THE LINK. I didnt get deducted for a bad link. Mylot had problems uploading the link of thier post in my PM from them. Thanks for a response. Read the attached link in the discussion though. very helpful about their ratings etc.

Thanks for sharing this information with us. I am sure that they are very busy moderating and it may take them a few days to make corrections to our accounts. It is important that they receive feedback from the posters and it appears that is what you have done. Good for you ! Thanks again !!

It doesn't seem fair to me that if you take time to respond to a discussion that the money you earn from it can be deduction once you have been told you have it.
If the other person has his discussion deleted, it is because of something he did wrong, not something we do wrong. Kind of discouraging isn't it?
