He is patient. He takes a lot of time to hear you before he says anything. Even though lately this virtue seems to be diminishing due to old age. He seems to be more edgy and doe not have the patience that he had when he was younger.

Hi there busybea! The most admirable quality which my dad possessed was his silent nature.The way he kept his cool when matters of lesser important occurs.He never air his views on things that are of lesser value or on things which some members of the family could solve. This doesn't mean that my dad is passive though.He is never of that kind. I could confidently say that because in times when a bigger issues and problems come up in the family which no one could solve or no one could contribute a better solution to it, then there comes the voice of my dad to the rescue in clearing that big unsolved situation.And I always love moments like this when it's only the voice of my dad that is left unsaid but very much valuable.And I just feel all so proud whenever this time comes up.
