Puffed wheat vs. Whole grain cereal?

I compared the nutrition labels on a bag of puffed wheat to a box of a rolled grain cereal. The puffed wheat only had 2g of fiber, whereas the rolled grain cereal (Uncle Sam's grain/flaxseed) had 10g of fiber.When you puff wheat, are you removing good things about the wheat? I'm really trying to find a good cereal for me, that has the whole grain, and I'm concerned that puffed wheat isn't it!

why not try oats. They are good for reducing chlorestrol and are whole grains. They don't have any added sugar or salt and so are the most healthy thing you can have.
