Tickets?

I have never gotten a ticket while driving. I've been one of the lucky ones. I've been driving since I was 16, I'm only 20 years old, so it hasn't been that much of a stretch. I hope I keep my no ticket streak going.

I am 26 also and have had way too many of those! I tend to have a lead foot when I am driving. They aren't fun at all to get and to me it is a waste of money So I am trying to drive the speed limit now

i am 27 almost 28 and i have 3 speeding tickets since i have been driving at the age of 16. BUT I have not had one in 5 years so I think i have the speeding out of my system now.

I got my first one this year. Been driving for 40 years and not had one ticket. Got one this year for doing a reckless 49 miles per hour in a 35 MPH zone!! OYE!!! Talk about wanting to cry. I told him I was used to the street one block over where it was 40 miles per hour, he kept writing, I told him I had never had a ticket in 40 years of driving, he kept writing. He informed me I could go to traffic school (See my post on that whole experience ugggh). So he was making his daily quota. I see him almost everyday now I just snear at him as we pass LOL. So yes I feel your pain and am sorry you have to go through it, but if it's available go to traffic school so that it won't show on your record and jack up your insurance etc. Good Luck and Drive safely....

LOL - I've been driving longer than you've been alive. Yes, I've gotten tickets. Not a lot but over the years I have had a few - speeding a few times and 1 time I was stopped for speeding and they didn't ticket me for that but they did for not wearing my glasses (it's on my liscense I'm supposed to wear them). Any time I get stopped I too want to cry and actually one time I really did :(

Sorry to hear you got your first speeding ticket. I got my first one about 6 months after I turned 21. I was doing 105 in a 65 and my radar detector went off. He pegged me before I could slow all the way down. He still caught me at 20 over and I got a fat ticket. My hubby sold 3 of his rifles to pay my ticket cause there was no way I could have afforded it.

I got my first ticket last year when I was 25 too. At first I was upset, but then I thought how proud I was to drive nine years with no tickets or even being stopped! So many other good things were going on at that time that it didn't bother me too much. I got the ticket because my parents were coming back from a trip and I wanted to clean their house after I got off work. So after work, I went 53 in a 40 and got a ticket. I thought maybe I'd get a warning because I'd never been stopped, but nope, a ticket it was. : (

Hi. Yes I have been issued with a ticket. I was travelling in a 50 km zone, going 52 km, according to the officer, I told him you must be joking he said, no Im not joking, then handed me the ticket, I had my daughter in the car and I felt really stink that she had to see it. Oh well life still goes on lol.
