They say that when a person is cute, he or she is not necessarily beautiful or eye-catching. He or she is just presentable and looks ok. Agree??

They say that you should never judge a book by its cover and you should never judge a person by the way they look either. Every person is different and unique in their own way, so making generalisations can be tricky. to say someone is "cute" can mean so many things to so many people. Just my thoughts here.

No, I really don't quite agree. To me a person is "cute" if their looks are child-like. "Beautiful" is more of a grown-up look. That's my opinion, anyway.

I agree with Jillbeth. I always think of cute as someone who looks nice, but child-like and beautiful as a more put together grown up look. I also think that when you get to know a person who is beautiful inside, the beauty comes to their surface.

I respectfully disagree. I mean it is a subjective term, that much is agreed and some may use it in this capacity. But for the most part I believe it is a term to describe someone who strikes you as, well, trying to be original here but to quote the others, child-like maybe, or radiant like sunshine. Someone or something that gives you that little smile on your face.
