I am looking for a way to cook flounder, nothing fancy, no dijon or lemon sauce, just flounder, anyone know how?

Make a cup or two of chicken bullion or broth (from intant mix). Add thinly sliced celery, onions if desired, carrots. Season with pepper and your choice of oregano, basil, thyme. Cover with foil and bake about 30 minutes at 350. Fish flakes when done. Cook longer if needed. Serve with steamed rice. Spoon out the vegetables with a slotted spoon and serve over the fish or the rice or on the side if desired.

try pan fried simplest: just coat with cornstarch , maybe add a tiny bit of salt, paprika, black pepper, corn meal then heat some olive oil, 1/4 inch or so cook it like 5 minutes on each side then put some fresh lemon juice on it or catsup
