our trip to the museum

my 3 year old got picked to go up on stage yesterday at the museum during the electricity show. i'm sure your all familiar witht touching the electricity ball and having your hair stand up. well he said if she lets go at the wrong time she she can get a big shock, especially if she lets go and touches it again. anyway i was a little worried cause she seems to forget fast or get distracted fast being 3 so i wasn't sure if after she'd see her hair go up she'd let go to touch her hair. anyway during the presentation. i'm standing at the stage saying don't let go bebe, keep your hand on the ball, then the presenter starts telling to shake her head. i really thought if she consintrates on that she will let go so i'm still yelling not to let go. she then yells back at me "i'm not letting go mom it's still there". everyone then laughs. i'm so overprotective. but i knew the shok would make her cry and i didn't want her to get scared to participate in anything next time. it was funny though the way she was trying to calm me down.
