Do you ever eat "whole" fish?

Today on Martha she showed how to use a "fish knife". One of the biggest reasons to utilize the fish knife is to be able to literally dissect the fish itself when it is cooked on the bone, whole.
I would be appalled at having to cut a head and tail off my fish at the dinner table! I don't know, I just would be disgusted to the highest!!!!!
Do you ever eat whole fish or do you prefer fillets or boneless fillets?

I like eating a whole fish. In Mumbai (India) we get a variety we call "Bombil" in local language. It is a small fish and is meant to be eaten whole. I love this fish very mush. Apart from whole fish, I also love eating fillets. In fact, fish is my favourite food.

I enjoy whole flounder or trout and in Scotland we also used our fish silverware when we were eating fish. The knives for fish or meat dishes were completed different. Fish knive in the silverware are not sharp. We even had dinner plates shaped like fish.

Ohhhhhhhhh. Whole fishhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Ohhhhhhhhhhhh. I am unable to eat "whole" peice of fish then what's question of whole fishhhhhhhhhh. Everyone has his/her own choice & i seldom eat fish. I like to bake fish in the oven but seldom eat it. No, i cann't eat whole fish on once bcuz neither i wanna eat nor my city temperature'll allow me to eat it. I'll feel a lot of heat in my body if i eat whole fish.

If it's not boneless I can't eat it. One I get a piece of bone in my mouth I will dump the whole thing.

It's definitely boneless fillets for me. I simply dislike having to fuss over bones and what-have-you.
If they at least remove the head, I guess they can leave the tail. :P
