Drivers not using their indicators!

The other day I was going into a carpark at the shops and there was a car coming the other way. I had to give way to this lady before pulling into the carpark. I was waiting for her to go pass as she could see I was waiting for this spot. Instead of going pass she pulled into the spot I was waiting for, she didn't even bother to use her indicator. It didn't really bother me that she took the carpark because there was 3 more right next to it, but what really annoyed me is she didn't even use the indicator. I had a friend in the car next to me and I said to her that I should get out and tell this lady that her indicator wasn't working. Even though I am pretty sure that she just didn't bother to use it. I got out of the car and was going to try and say it to this lady, but I knew I wouldn't be able to do it without laughing. So I decided to go into the shop. The lady went into the shop after me, so as soon as I got out of the shop, I said to my friend to get me a pen and paper. I wrote a note to this lady telling her that her left indicator didn't work and put it on the windshield. I still couldn't help myself, I parked in a different spot so I could watch her when she came out. She came out, put her shopping in her car and then got into her car. I thought surely she can see the note, but she obviously didn't see it and drove off. When she went to turn right, she didn't bother to use that indicator either. I know I shouldn't have reacted that way, but she really annoyed me by taking the carpark that she could see I was waiting for and doesn't even bother to use her indicator. Have you had experiences like this?
