ok now i sit tight here i am about to make an open source project.... it will be named StarChanger i can do the interface by my self but can someone help me out with the java code for searching under a folder you have specified.... it should work jsut like windows seacrh, but when it have found the term you seacrh in files you can change that section to shorter or even delte that found content like renaming.... here is small example how it should work file name: something- then something [anoying long and irritateing[ ''content and sponsor name''.exe open starchanger and go to folder with many of these same kind of files and same ending part like something- then something [anoying long and irritateing[ ''content and sponsor name''.exe something- then something [anoying long and irritateing[ ''content and sponsor name''.exe something- then something [anoying long and irritateing[ ''content and sponsor name''.exe and then you take that to starchanger search and select delete button now it searches all matching files with that term and deltes the end part of it just like it will look like somthing.exe hope you got it now so please all who can java better then i can help me :)
