Nothing beats the Holy Bible because it is the Word of God and it is the truth and it is complete. All our knowledge and wisdom come from the Holy Bible which says nothing is new. It's all there, people just don't know.

not so familiar with the bible but all the teachings there are base on facts..as what happened to them on that particular book..and it served as a guide to us here now to be able us to learned more on what life really is..physically and mentally...since from the beginning of time schools were not yet built..not as of today...theoritical learning is just plain assumptions no facts on some issues and realities..

I think biblical wisdom is a guidance for us the faithful to go in the direction of God our Father in our daily life. On the other hand, the wisdom offered by the secular social sciences is an unending effort to discover and to understand the values of our life. Scientists have to prove and verify everything. That's their responsibility. I think the secular social sciences have no authority to give us biblical (theological) statements, eventhough the subject is just the same, and eventhough the scientist is a faithful one. For the secular social sciences the truth is always beyond. Meanwhile the biblical wisdom reveals the presence of the ultimate truth that we have to capture in faith.
So, we are talking about two different dimensions that exist in us as human. "Faith" is always "fides quae" as well as "fides qua". For the faithfull ones, the faith (wisdom) we "have", should be responsible.
What kind of accurate measurement should we apply to this? We can split ourselves, can't we? Because the two dimensions of wisdom coexist in our human-being. We may just distinguish them logically not formally.
But, I have a suggestion like this: the effect of a certain wisdom we apply into our live will be the measurement of its accuracy.
