What keeps you awake?

For those late sleepers, what are the reasons for keeping you awake? I admit, i'm one of them, my reason is my pc. Almost all my free time was been spent in front of my pc.

Oh, we're opposites. The pc is making me very sleepy. It starts with eyestrain, then I start closing my eyes. This is why I couldn't stare at the monitor for more than 3 hours. What keeps me awake is walking. Whenever I need to be awake for a while because I need to finish something up (which is related to my job), I would walk around the house for a while. The TV sometimes keeps me awake but not for long, so is listening to fast music. Thus, it's really walking for me. Welcome to myLot and happy myLotting!

What keeps me awake, hmmm... I think my husband is gonna spank me for this, but its usually when he snores so loud that I can't sleep.
