Did you recognize this sentence? It is the title of a book written by Dale Carnegie more than half a century ago.
This book has still a lot to learn to people of our time.
Here is a summary:

I don't know if I read that book though the title seems familiar. I've read don't sweat the small stuff, and it's all small stuff. Of course the classic Think and Grow Rich, also Rich Dad, Poor Dad.
I like to get the self help and personal growth books, audio, and video. There are a lot of times that I go back and go over certain pages to just give Me a lift and to look at life with a posetive attitude.

On top of that, I'd like to suggest everyone to watch Peaceful Warrior, with Nick Nolte. It's about the same thing: get rid of all the crap that fills our mind and start living.
