That old wind is just a blowing again! Has any body Noticed?

Has anybody noticed how much the wind is blowing this winter? I think it has been a lot more than usual. It just whistles and whistles through my house. I heard somewhere that this was true. Even in the summer, there are breezes most of the time. I would think the trees would get very irritated from this. I can just hear them say: There sure isn't much time for peace and quiet. I Just hold on and hope my roots hang in there. OR owe I can't stop shaking and my feet are having a hard time standing firm in the ground. OR it is so hard to eat all the time when your being stretched and twisted by the top.

We live on the open sea so we get a lot of gale winds in the winter. The spring is always really windy, too. When the winds die down in MAy, thats how we know summer has arrived. Then things stay quiet until the autumn when it all begins again.

We haven't had much wind today..It is always amazing how different our weather is although we live close.We had thunder storm in the afternoon and the rain is so cold..Burrr.

We had our thunderstorm in the evening when it was dark and did it rain!! We only got one steak of lightening. It is dreary out, but greening up. Amazing, I thought the frost would be down a little deeper, but think it is really come out mostly. This weather will save us from muddy roads for very long. Cheers
