There are different ways of coping up. It's either positive or negative. Some cling on faith to move forward and hurdle the challenge, while others falter and deal with it by going thru drugs or drinking. In the end, it is still us and more importantly we learn from these situations. So, how do you cope up when you have your own personal issues?

How do I cope with my issues? I pray to Jesus. The Word of God says there is no other way to the Father. I pray to God in the name of Jesus. I do not always know how to solve a problem or which way to go...which way to lean. I am not able to see the future. I have God's Word to give me ideas on how to handle issues, but I cannot see how others involved will react and sometimes that is a part of making a decision. Sometimes we do not listen to God and we make a mistake. Then we have to suffer the consequences. We can still pray to Him for His will and guidance.

I have wallowed in my depression and pain. I have literally curled up in bed and hid and slept for days. But it did nothing because the issue was still there. What I have found works is to study the issue. Look at it from all angles and then formulate your plan of action. Every problem can be solved you just have to find the piece to the puzzle. Sometimes it takes time and most issues can't be fixed over night. But if you work at them you can fix things.

I agree. The answer lies down there but sometimes we just have to wait and see.

Above all I ask God for help and guidance. That's the important lesson I learned, for us to truly succeed in life we must consult Him in everything that we do.
I have so many difficult problems now and to cope I listed them one by one, divided into smaller objectives. I read an article that says it's better to adress each issue step by step rather than taking large changes at once. Just take one step at a time, and later you will realize that you have solved all the issues bothering you.
It's important also to engage in unwinding activities to help us cope. I take time each day for my hobbies and things that I enjoy doing.

Depending on how serious the issue or problem is, I need to talk it out and thats usually with my hubby or best friend (sometimes with my sister who lives in NZ). Sometimes I dwell on it for a while, and try to figure it out on my own, but usually I end up talking it over with someone before deciding on how to deal with it. (hope that makes sense)

When I face problems or hardships I try to tackle them head on. I try to devide problems into manageble parts in order to solve them more easily. I tend to take an analytical approach to things. Sometimes I can be beaten down, and be ready to give up. I will raise again in a little while, and continue trying
