Cursive worthwhile or worthless?

I was helping my brother with cursive yesterday, and I had no clue how to write some cursive letters, like capital "Q". So what do you think, cursive writing is worthwhile or worthless?checkout this link first and do reply.

i find it easier to write in cursive. i spend less time because i don't lift the pen ever so often as compared to writing in print. my penmanship is pretty decent, or at least i try to make it look so.
i only use print when i fill out forms. other than that, i always use cursive. it's more worthwhile for me.
