I am still upset. I can't beleive what I just saw this morning whilst I was driving along. There was this beautiful massive Goanna (Lizard) starting to walk across the road. The car in front of me actually swerved over towards it and splattered it. I am still in shock, that some heartless people done this. In my books they are total as*holes. I am used to seeing roadkill on my daily drives, but to actually see it happen was shocking. I hit a bird once and killed and I was devastated about that for days.

That's really sad that someone would purposely do that. Some people just have no heart. I hit a skunk once years ago and felt horrible about it. I did pay for that one though, my car smelled bad for a long time. I went in the ditch because I swerved to try and miss it too.

I have seen some cruelty but the worst was on two occasions when my then partner and I were out driving with the 4wd club we belonged to. This was deliberate cruelty, one was a wombat and the other was a snake. It was so heartbreaking what these people did. I can't even bring myself to tell the stories of what happened.
I saw some pretty disgusting sights while I did the census last year too. You'd think people in the country would be aware of the place animals have but they have some sick attitudes let me tell you.
I've murdered a couple of frogs in damp, wet conditions while driving when it was too dangerous to swerve. It makes me very sad, I love frogs.
