How can i get Paid by PayPal?

Paypal in my country charges $5 for each withdrawal. My payout has reached only $10 so far and i dont want to land up paying $5 of it to Paypal. Anybody has any ideas of how i can cash out without having to pay PayPal? Like for eg: if i do a direct deposit in my bank account id have to pay less or something? Any ideas anyone? What do the other Indians do to get paid on Mylot thru paypal?

What I'm thinking of is getting some 5 or 6 people from same city and asking them to transfer their money in my account in front of my eyes and take the cash from me. I have done this before too , so have an idea about it. All they will be deducted is 5$ of amount they want in cash.
Isn't this simple for them and me too?
This will my first payment from paypal by mylot but hv done transcation from paypal before.

Paypal anyways deducts $5 so why would they need to transfer money into your account. Only if by having one person withdraw and then the $5 amount shared would it be worthwhile to do so.
