how hard is to work different from your timezone?

i was offered a job, however i have to work from 9pm til 6am. the regular hours in the US while im here in an asian country with a different timezone. the job is easy however the culture also that i will be calling is very different from ours. the employer even told me that the people i will be calling are nasty. so can you please give me an advise if i will pursue my application to this type of job?
