Garci files candidacy

The controversial former COMELEC Commissioner Virgilio Garcillano has finally ended all speculations when he filed his candidacy last March 28. He's set to vie for the congressional seat in the 1st district of Bukidnon. What can you say about this? Do you think "Garci" will win? By the way, he brought three Viva Hot Babes during his filing of candidacy. Apparently, "Garci" has funds.
