Do you dance, sing, paint, draw, write, write music, or poetry. In what way do you feed yur artistic soul/or what inspires you to continue to do it.Is it dreams of fame, fortune, and the aclimation of thousands or something much simpler? Like the love of the art. Do you perhaps have talents which lend themselves to other forms of performance art like acting or comedy?
I am a singer, a songwriter, and a Poet. Life in general inspires me. Music from every genre, art, other artists vision, disappointment, sadness, joy, entropy, are inspirational to me. I see music, I hear it, I feel it in my soul and also down in my gut, sometimes I can even smell it! Expressing myself with music completes me and makes me whole. Are you the same with your style of artistic expression?

My favourite hobbies are drawing and painting. When I was young I played the bass in a Punk local band. I had a lot of fun, but now that my son is attending the piano lessons, I'd like to learn playing the piano. Unfortunately I'm always very busy, so I think to learn music well when I'll be retired.
In this moment I'm listening to Mozart, I love classic music.
To me painting is a part of myself, I think I couldn't live without painting. It's only an hobby, and yet it is so important to me.... I'm attending an art school and I exercise in the night, after my son fell asleep.
I think to have some things in common with you. Me too I'm inspired by Life in general.

I write, and I'm a photographer. Well, at least I'm "a guy with a camera.
I guess writing serves most of my need for expression-- artistic, or otherwise. I've been writing since I was six... always felt the urge to "describe and comment" on what I see and experience... be it a journey, or falling in love. I'd like to think I could be a novelist someday, but I typically get trapped in making observations about the real and observable around me.
As a photographer, I tend to focus on nature in "extreme closeup," trying to get down inside things to see what the naked eye can't really see. Here, have a picture...

I find myself indulging in art at almost every turn... painting, stonecarving, singing, songwriting, arts and crafts of all sorts.I do it for myself and almost in spite of everyone else. Unless I'm in one of my recurring depressions than lay me low from time to time...
I think we should have met :)
Here's todays one for ya...
My Honey
Please don't steal my honey
my honey keeps me well
my honey is so precious
my honey's not for sale
and even though I could share
I don't believe I can
I'm sure my honey is happy
and makes me the am I am
My honey is all natural
as Pagan as a witch
My honey of the wild moor
lavender on the air
My honey from the North Countree
My honey is not spare
I keep my honey close now
I've seen the slyness in your stare
My honey stays beside me
and would not go so far
If as you beg I would allow
your finger in my jar.

I am a freelance writer and i guess this is something that i was born with because i have been writing forever...i agree with you in your saying that it is in your soul, that you feel it in your bones...etc.....i believe that you are either born with it or not...people that say i am gonna write a book when i retire...well those are just words...i cannot fathom that
