The 'corporate people',as you put it, are the people who create something and sell it. They will grow rich SEZ(special economic zones) or no SEZ. Nevertheless, SEZ's are a way of bypassing reforms( tax reforms,land reforms, red tapism etc).Also the goverment cannot make plans based on acquisition of privately owned land.Only the free market can handle such situationand create win-win scenarios .
