No wonder why, cats dont like water and there is no way on earth it should be bathed daily thats totally wrong. Only on very rare occasions should they be bathed. Cats clean themselves and with you washing itYou are stripping its coat of the natural oils that it needsfor insulation and cleaniness, not only that but you could be slowly poisoning your cats by using shampoo on a daily basis, cats lick themselves to clean so it is slowly entering into the cats blood and intestinal system. You could be doing damage without even realising it.

actually the cats afraid of the water. what my niece always do is give our cat bathe using a warm water. Our cat will stay calm as long as she did not make any aggressive moves on the cat. I don't think cat likes their body to be stinky, it's only because the are afraid of the cold water.

Maybe you need to find out why the cat is stinky. I have two and never bathe them, they do that on their own. But I don't find them stinky. Is your cat doing something like rolling in something? Or perhaps its the food you give it. Maybe if you change something in it's life it won't smell bad anymore.

I have seen cats that are not afraid of water, but rarely do I see it. Most the time I just see the cats that go CRAZY as soon as they touch the water. I do not own a cat anymore, but my old cat would claw me if I tryed to put him in water.
