Make homemade spaghetti...it takes about 3 hours but it is nearly all just simmer time. So easy!!! I could give you the recipe if you want. I make it for company often and peple tell me it is the best sauce they have ever tasted!!!

Last night we has spaghetti squash with garlic and butter (very easy, split the squash in half, deseed, place each half cut side down in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes). Tonight I think we are going to have pan cooked sea scallops in lemon butter the fettuccini and broccoli.

Oh sea scallops it's been a while since I've made those. I may have to do that one night soon. Sounds yummy!!
