Best responses - How often do you check them?

I have the habit of checking my best responses almost everyday. It just flatters me whenever I see some people marked my response as the best. I do not know, but it really felt great. I really do not expect my response would be the best among the responses, but somehow, it feels good that somebody appreciated my response. And, in addition to that, I thought my earnings would increase when I have a best response.
Before, I thought I would never responses that would be marked as best. When I had my first best response, I was overwhelmed. I did not really expected that. Anyway, the following weeks, I already have some more best responses. Up to date, I have not counted how many are there, but I felt great I have them.
How about you? Do you check if you have best responses? How often and how do you feel about it? (--,)
It feels great, I know. :) It feels even better when there are about more than 50 responses, and among those responses, yours was chosen as the best.

Whenever I sign up here, I automatically go on my best response. By this, it helps me boost my mood and start with a very positive taught in my mind. I also try to go back to the topic in which my response was chosen as best, to rate the post as a sign of way of thanking the thread host. I always do my very best and excess more effort in responsing to discussions, because I always aim for my best response as I post.
Yes, we also get additional earnings everytime we get a chosen as best response.

Good way to start your day here in mylot. :) Maybe I would try that sometimes. Sometimes, I get a little moody that I do not even know how I should I respond to a discussion. So, instead if responding, I just leave the discussion without leaving anything. (--,) I'll try what you are doing sometimes. :)

I didnt check them always.. Sometimes if i do have the time to check it, i will.. Same here, it really feels good that someone marks your response best among the rest.. That it feels so proud because they think that your response makes their problems being solved because of your opinion and ideas..I already received lots best response and i check they comment about my response and it feels great that they thank you and appreciate your response.

Yea, doesn't it just feel great to have someone mark you as the best response? And most of mine come from responses I wouldn't have thought were even the best responses to the questions or discussions.
I'm weird when I check mine though... sometimes I'll check it many times a day, just wondering if there is a new one, then other times I might not even check it in the day. A lot of the times I remember to check when I see someone else's response marked as best in a topic that I'm reading through :)
