1---8 oz box cream cheese...softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 small tub whipped topping
1 small box strawberry jello
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries..chopped
Mix all ingredients until well blended. Whip with an electric mixer until small peaks appear. Serve. Great in a graham cracker crust or in a bowl that's been lined with almond bark...making a chocolate "crust"

Okay, so I will print this one on the back of the page where I printed the chocolate mousse recipe. I had been wondering how to alter the recipe to be a fruit flavor. Fun, light, summery desserts.

yes they are great for summer. I sometimes make it with raspberries. I want to try blueberries, but haven't gotten a chance to do it yet.

Another one to keep on hand. Thanks much we will think of you when we sit down this summer with this dessert after a hot day in the garden. We have lots of wild strawberries and so will attach this recipe when I had out the little bowls of them for my friends. Thanks again for sharing it with all of Mylot.

Oh !!! I bet it would be wonderful with wild strawberries!
Sometimes I make this with raspberries instead of strawberries. It's wonderful this way too!

This also sounds like a great recipe. Two great sounding recipes with cream cheese.

This is cool and creamy. Great for summer. The trick is to make sure the cream cheese is completely smoothed out!
