I think is a natural instinct of humans to dance at the rythm of music, what's your opinion??

IT may come naturally to some and not to others . Some people are culturally so suppressed that such a natural reaction to music even if there would be curtailed and the person would nort intiate dancing as he hears music . To me though I do start tapping my feet when I hear a rhythmic misic .

We do seem to respond to the rhythms around us and music is a grand way to express yourself with movement. I can dance to the sound of a tractor, hahaha. It is good for you as exercise and mentally it can be a way of stress relief. Some religions are based on it and some religions ban it. Not sure what that is all about. It certainly does touch us on some level this music and rhythmn.

I think so to. Small children will always dance when they hear a good beat.
