How do you use blog directories?

Do you use blog directories to market your blog or do you use them to search for new blogs to read too? If you are looking for a new blog directory to submit to, do try http://www.bloggingfusion.com

I have signe up for a couple of blog directories and I all ready have a window open with the link you provided. I have 2 blogs which I am going to be working on getting the content up to a better level. and will be looking to then get the page ranking up.

I just submitted one of them I will when the submit.php screen came up it was a blank screen I dont know if that was normal.
