Anyone likes to cook with Thyme?

My mom always cook with thyme. This is her favorite herb. She buys it at the local farmers market every weekend. Do you use thyme? Is it one of your favorite. I tried it a few weeks ago, and I really love it. If you are going to try thyme, choose fresh thyme over the dried form of the herb since it is superior in flavor. The leaves of fresh thyme should look fresh and be a vibrant green-gray in color. They should be free from dark spots or yellowing.

i use it with pork and also in spaghetti sauce occasionally.i agree that fresh thyme is way better than the dried,the flavor is more intense,and it doesn't take as much to season it.
