Imagine you worked in a betting shop and a customer came in and put £7,500 on a horse to win he was adamant it would win and he tells you he's so sure he's bet every last penny he has on the horse
The name of the horse has significant meaning to YOU, i.e. it's has a name you can relate to, for example for me it could be Wolfie's Magic. The odds are staggering and it rolls home first place he stands to win a fortune
You are on your lunch break and you pass another betting shop, would you place your own bet on that horse?
And how much would you bet?
The odds are 43-1
Right you've made your decision later you find that horse has romped in first place! Would you be gutted that you hadn't put any money on it? Or if you did how do you feel?

I have an extremely good horse racing system .. that would never amount to putting money on such an outsider .. if the man was a total stranger I wouldn't even wonder if it might win .. and good luck to him if it did .. although at those odds and with that amount of money on it I would ask him if he was sure the bookie paid out that amount of money on one bet (most have limits) ..
If I had seen the man win before and on more than one occasion I might have a £3-5 flutter .. and then if it won I would be ringing my prpfessional gambling mentor and asking how the heck that horse hadn't been posted up as a 'sure thing, dark horse' ... heheh

this question is a tough one wolfie.
well if it was hapening in this period of my life
i would have not gambled - put money on the horse.
because my money is very precious to me right now.
but if i had a nice sum of money and i have tackled to this situation
yes i believe i would play "the game"
i guess i would put about 1000$ on it..
but not now..:0
