Internet coud not work well

I am so gald to discuss with friend here ,but my internet could not work well .When I write something in this web , I might loss it ,and then have to start again .
I want to change this status ,if anyone kindly advise me what I can do ?
I want to edit my discussion in word,then cut it and plaster it here.
Oh ,I even could not plaster an word here .
What I can do ?

are you using wireless? because thats the most common culprit. generally it is the result of bad signals. you get dropped often if there is sometihng hindering the signals from the router to the computer
