Do you ever get really heavy eyelids?
The past couple days I have. I thought yesterday it was because I took an allergy pill, but today I haven't and I am starting to get that feeling again. It could be too I guess cause I need new glasses...
but just curious if you ever felt this, besides being really tired anyway.

Oh heck, girl! That happens to me all the time. ha ha
I will be sitting here on myLot and my eyelids will grown so heavy, I am surprised I do not have the laptop keyboard imprinted on my forehead!!!! LOL
But I don't sleep well. That is the cause for my heavy eyelids.
I usually drink another cup of coffee....and after the second cup, I am zooming all over the house...including to the bathroom! LOL
Hey, I wonder how much I would get accomplished if I increased my coffee to three cups a day. hahahaha Painting, here I come! ha ha

lol
See I don't always feel tired so much when my eyelids start to feel really heavy. Its so weird. I could understand it if I felt tired. But it just is mainly my eyes themselves. Driving me nutty though that's for sure.
lol During the week I probably drink coffee 3-4 times a week, which is usually about six cups (two of the cups I use though). I feel pretty good until it starts to come out of my system and I go down quickly. I get VERY hungry and I need food now.

I get the heavy eye lids almost daily, but that is because I don't get get enough sleep at night. The worst for me is right after lunch. I get very sleepy sitting at the computer and just trying to keep my eyes open. Do you have any tips? I habe to get up and walk around almost ever ten minutes.
Perhaps I just need to get a little more sleep at night? Huh, who knew?

I did when I first got preg. and now I am that I am in the third trimester. I am not saying that you are that preg. It could also be that you are not getting the vitamins you need. You might be also getting little sleep or too much sleep.

Its like three to four hours after I wake up or so. Its just weird. Maybe cause I haven't taken my one-a-day in the past couple days. Still...weird stuff lol
Thanks for commenting :)

The change in seasons for some reason also seems to make people more tired too. I'm not sure if there's a technical reason but I know that when I complain others are right there with me. Of late my health has been creating feelings of exhaustion and I sleep so much! I have medical reasons for it but man, I'd like for it to stop soon!!!!!
Hope you find the rest you need. Try a couple slices of cold cucumber cross your eyes! It really works! Also, I've been using some various eye gels, kept in the fridge. They are so soothing to put on your eyelids and around your eyes to help revive them! Not to mention they help keep you from getting wrinkles! lol
