What will your manager do when someone is late for work?

Well, my manager does nothing when someone is late for work. I guess my office is really very flexible in the working hours, and my manager is too lenient about this. My working hours are actually from 8:30am to 5:30pm, but usually my colleagues will turn up after 9am, or some come at 9:30am, or some even come at 10 something. I guess to my manager, the most important thing is the performance, but not the attendance. As long as we can manage our tasks, then it should be ok.

Whoa, your manager is great, I agree the most important thing when comes to work which is performance. As long as the performance is good, you will get lots of benefits. However, oneself must be discipline enough to arrive for work.

i dont work i go to college and if we are more than 15 minutes late we lose 1 weeks pay which is unfair but these are the rules for all the students
