features of vb.net versus vb

vb.net is a pure oops lang but iam not sure about vb how much its a pure oops lang post for this ques

VB is less than 100% object oriented, while VB.NET is 100%. If I would have to make an estimate I'd say VB is around 90% object-oriented (the vast majority of it, with only few exceptions).
