What do you usually do when you are stressed out?

Do you spend time going to spas for body massage and reflexes when you feel you are stressed out? Or do you take a vacation in a relaxing place with your loved ones? Or do you just stay at home, sleep, then eat, and sleep again? What do you usually do when you feel you are stressed out? I usually want to take some vacations with loved ones especially during weekends if I feel totally stressed out from the week's work. I also go to spas but not that always. Only when I feel the need to. But most of the time, since I am a nature lover, I go to nature trips, or to beach resorts or to whatever wonderful places where it's totally cool and relaxing. :)

I would scream at the top of my voice. Then I would take a nice hot shower. Then I will just stone there and do nothing.

i usually take to yoga when stressed out. this is the best tool to get clear of ones stress. Sometimes i and my husband move out for a vacation when we feel that we now need a break from the regular life.

Well, am usually not stressed out that bad, so as to feel the need to take a vacation. So, most of the times, i just try to forget about the things that are stressing me out, and do things that are pleasing, maybe relaxing. Try doing some good exercise. I mean, basically, i just try to divert my mind off the thing that is depressing me, in any way i can, and that includes trying new things out.. taking a break from the usual work, and doing some fun work around the house, gathering with friends, ANYTHING goes! ;)
